I found an energy boost about three months ago as I changed to a morning and evening dose as I increased my exercise routine. My family Physician is a huge advocate of the supplement.

My Dr. recommended taking CoQ10 capsules to replace losses of CoQ10 caused by the statins. I tried a few different brands and found this brand to work the best. Ino longer have problems with muscle cramps at night.
