I have cardiomyopathy and been taking regular Coq10 for years! A few months ago I decide to try this product instead, nd it took a few weeks to feel the difference but I did!!!! I workout hard and heavy 4 days a week and I now feel a difference in my cardio and my ability to workout without becoming so tired mid way! It's when I forget to take it that the benefit of Qunol truly reveals itself. When I don't take my daily Qunol, I feel like I'm not fully awake, and not prepared to take on the day. When I tried another CoQ10 that was a tiny less expensive I felt the results and it showed in my tests. I initially took regular Qunol and had some relief from this condition. I now am utilizing Ubiquinol Because it is even more advantageous... My cholesterol is lower now and I have been off the statin drug. I continue to take ubiquinol Because of its favorable effects on the circulatory system in the heart...
