[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take this every day and like it. The only complaint I have with a recent purchase is that a bottle in lot W2008013 had poor quality control. Many of the soft gels had bubbles and several had broken open which made the bottom half of the bottle a gooey mess. They should do a better job removing poor quality soft gels.

I take two 100mg capsules in the morning and an additional one in the evening. This dosage was at the suggestion of my doctor and it has worked perfectly for me.

But my hand surgeon told me that I should increase my dosage from 100 mg a day to 200 mg. When I found out that Ubiquinol was at least twice as effective as Q10, I immediately switched.
