After having a heart attack I was directed by my physician to take Ubiquinol with my other medications. I tried several other brands, I feel confident that is one works the best for me. I am very comfortable with my choice.

Why not take the best CoQ10 available with superior absorption instead of lesser options? The fact that sunflower oil is used instead of soybean oil is excellent ... plus these softgels are easy to swallow. Since statin can cause muscle cramps, he suggested supplimenting with 400 mg of CoQ10 and I have been using this ever since. The doctor was specific to use this kind (the one that ends with the letters ol) as opposed to the Q10 that ends with the letters "one". He said is is much better absorption. I have been using this brand ever since and it has worked really well for me.
