So far, they seem to work just as good as my previous brand. I take a statin, so apparently these are important supplements. I will continue to use them unless the price goes way up.

He explained how to get the needed dosage we'd have to take 2 or 3 of the CO Q 10 pills because of that medicine's poor absorption. Our regular MD never said anything about that. Shame on him! I have disobeyed doctors orders for years in regards to taking statins because every time I took them I would have muscle problems. Well, I'm getting older now and my doctor convinced me that my cholesterol must come down. In the past, I only made it two weeks then I would stop because of some sort of muscle pain or weekness. Well, I've been on 20 mg of Crestor for about two months now with no muscle problems. I attribute this to taking two of these ubiquinol pills per day. Im going to have to lay off soon due to knee surgery, but as soon as I'm cleared, I will continue to take this product. It works.

I use an oxygen monitor and since using this product I feel it is helping with the feeling of not getting enough oxygen. The monitor reads 95. Good for an 88 year old male.
