I've tested this several times with and without a softgel and without it can last several hours. I take it faithfully daily. Also my episodes are fairly far apart, usually 3 or 4mo. I have had triple bypass and that is when it started. PS I am a retired Physician Assistant and practiced medicine more than 40yrs.

This product is the natural method of absorbtion not requiring conversion to be useful to the body. If you are over 50, you may be flushing your regular CoQ10 down the drain without being beneficial to your heart.

I've taken Co Q10 for years so finding a reliable source is very important to me. I'm sure I've made the right choice and before even using it I have one complaint. Is There a logical reason for using such a large bottle for so little product. I'm curious to know what it is. I do recycle, so it does not go into the trash, but a bottle half the size would be sufficient. If this is part of marketing, making the product stand out, at what cost?
