I take a statin to reduce cholesterol but the statin also reduces CoQ10 which is important for heart health. This ubiquinol CoQ10 product helps maintain healthy levels of CoQ10.

But my hand surgeon told me that I should increase my dosage from 100 mg a day to 200 mg. When I found out that Ubiquinol was at least twice as effective as Q10, I immediately switched.
