When I switched to Qunol Ubiquinol, I did so with trepidation. Eventually however, after about 90 days, I began to see a difference in my symptoms. My energy levels went up gradually and are now at a level consistent with a normal healthy lifestyle. I am now able to do things I wasn't able to do ten years ago.

I began the quest, searching for the why and then the best product on the market. Quinol seemed to be perfect for me. I was interested in finding a supplement that had superior absorption, some digestive issues, and wanted a product that was fat and water soluble. Qunol checked off all my choices. Ten years later, my cholesterol is perfect and my heart valve prolapse is still minimal. I think at age 75, Qunol CoQ10 and I will continue our relationship for the rest of my "long" life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take one capsule a day as in the prescribed dose. Before I was taking a 200 mg. but it was Quinone and I've read Qunol is much more absorbent. I'm 72 and don't notice any changes (I don't have a heart issue as I write) but don't had any adverse effects either. So I like it and take it every day.

I was diagnosed with partial blockage of my heart artery and given cholesterol lowering drugs. I did research and learned about COQ10, other supplements, and overall healthy living. I eventually got off the cholesterol drugs. I just had my 86 birthday, my heart is healthy, and I firmly believe the Qunol COQ10 and healthy living is responsible.
