I am taking the Mega CoQ10 now, was on the original formula before. I am elderly but still work full-time - and hike, bike, sail and ski.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take 300 mg daily so I purchase a lot of this for egg quality and overall health. I feel more energetic when I take this. I do have chronic fatigue syndrome of sorts so this doesn't give me that much energy. Do not take this at night or you'll end up staying up without realizing this is the culprit.

My cardiologist recommended this product to me and I am so glad he did. I was having leg cramps at night and would have to get up and pace for hours to relieve the pain. After taking this medication I was able to sleep comfortably all night, no more cramps! I recommend it to everyone!

Within 3 days of starting to consume it was easily identifiable to me I could finally take a deep breath, a healthy natural full capacity chest/lungs inhaled breath. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't understand why this product contains sorbitol. It's not needed, and can cause digestive upset in some people. Otherwise it seems very close to my favorite brand of ubiquinol, which I've been unable to get recently. Kaneka Ubiquinol is the best! When you get rid of the sorbitol I'll give more stars
