I'm diabetic and have high blood pressure it helps keep my heart strong, it's a very beneficial product. The only downfall is it's expensive, if there is a month where it's too much I switch to your regular coq10, but 90 %of the time I stick with ubiquinol.

I use to be somewhat lethargic especially in the early afternoons but now I go with my daughter at least 3 times a week after work to workout at a fitness camp. I haven't found myself coming down with colds or flu as prevalent as prior to taking it. Especially during "season" when all of the Northerners come south to their second homes during the winter and bring their coughs, colds and flu. I continually check my heart with blood pressure and heart rate tests which have also vastly improved since I started taking it. It's been a tri-win for me.

I like the option of being able to purchase this product at the store versus by mail or online only. 100mg dose once per day is very convenient and easy to remember. I take a statin drug and therefore take Ubiquinol on a consistent basis, so the 4 month supply in 1 bottle is a great value.
