After more research, I found that Ubiquinol was a pure form of COQ10 that was absorbed much quicker . I tried other manufacturers, but landed on Qunol and have been using this now for over a year. I don't know if this mega CQ10 has any effect on blood pressure ,but I have had to reduce my blood pressure medicine because my pressure has been dramatically reduced.
