We have taken this product since 2008 and have not missed even one day. Easy to take … but, most of all ... we believe this product has been instrumental in keeping us healthy over the past ten years. We have highly recommended Qunol to all our friends and family. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take one capsule each morning along with 10mg of Crestor. I'm convinced the Qunol was/is vital to the effectiveness of the statin I take. There is a family history of heart disease I'm working to try and overcome. My lipid profile results for DECADES have hovered around 200 which isn't great for someone at risk. Since February of 2019 I take 10 mg Crestor, 75 mg Praluent, and 100mg Qunol Mega. My most recent profile result is 115! Both my primary and my cardiologist are thrilled as am I with this meaningful result. Using the Qunol to help in the absorption of the Rx Crestor plays a key role in achieving this. I'm sold on it's health benefit!
