[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have only had unit for a short while. It does everything I purchased it for and more. I seems very well built, is simple to use and clean. It's a little loud, but I guess all blenders are noisy just based on what they do.

Although I liked the Cuisinart blender this one replaced, I like how this blender jar comes off the base better then the Cuisinart. Just as the name suggests, this blender is a classic.

I was happy with how my mom's blender worked so I added the blender to my wedding registry. My husband and I were so happy to receive the blender from some of our friends! The blender works so well to make smoothies with frozen fruit or ice cups. The design of the machine allows it to blend ingredients evenly. I am so happy with this product!!

Good strong blades and motor. I wanted to pulverize some dry pinto beans and it did the trick.
