Like having the bagel button to toast bagels just right, and the lever to lift toast and bagels higher up to make removal easier. It is also stylish looking.

The bagel is not hard and brown on the outside, however the bagel is done just right on the inside. Our hope is that this product is worth the $ money we spent on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] although I do wish that it was offered in black stainless to match my other appliances. I am very happy with this toaster. I like that it has a light up indicator to show that the unit is cooking and that there is such a variety of toasting levels. I used to have to crank up the setting on my old toaster in order to toast thicker breads, but this one toasts even thick hearty bread on the medium setting. The beeping noise when the toasting is complete is nice since I have a tendency to be doing other things while using it; although in the morning the beep is a bit loud. Also, the cord holder on the bottom of the unit make is easy to hide excess length to keep counters clear and clutter free. When I ran it through a cycle the first time (without food in it), the toaster did smell (I have had this experience with other toasters as well). But since then, any strange smells have vanished.

It allows for bagels and thick or thin toasting. It takes a push down of a lever to start and pops up when done. We can cancel in the middle if we want. The exterior acts like it is smudge poof stainless. Nothing more is needed... Simple, makes it sweet!

Put the toast in when you start your eggs and it's all ready at the same time! Want your toast or bagel sooner than the timer, hit cancer, up it pops!
