[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Difficult to extract toast, crumb tray is on the back of the toaster and inaccessible. Toaster performance is totally unreliable. My one star review is overly generous.

I really like this toaster. I had an older model that I liked a little better, but it's not make anymore. The upside to this one is that it's smaller and has the options of bagels and bread, which t he older Kitchen aid did not. Looks good in my kitchen, too!

Lift lever broke on kmt4115 toaster that we have loved for years. Searched Kitchenaid site and the only replacement lift lever is for another model. Tried doing "chat" on Kitchenaid site and chat was both worthless and infuriating. Thinking of replacing entire toaster With Another Brand.

Right side toaster lever broke wouldn’t stay done
