It definitely helps ease some tension and brings a bit of calm to me. Drinking warm water first thing in the morning is also good for your digestive tract so that's a help. The fizziness is pretty refreshing and the flavor is just right - not toi sweet or overwhelming at all. Highly recommend!

I am generally not a supplement-taker, but this was really pleasant and rather tasty for a supplement drink. There are no guidelines on the package for kids, but I let my kids have small amounts of it because they really like it, too! To be honest, I'm not sure how much calmness and muscle benefits I experience, but I enjoy the ritual of drinking it and I'm happy to keep taking it since I know magnesium is helpful (and who couldn't use more calm these days--during the pandemic?).

This drink mix tastes delicious and would normally be my go-to beverage, but I also love the fact that it has a benefit to drinking it. The calming effects are subtle, yet noticeable and makes for a great afternoon or pre-bedtime drink to melt the stress away.

Raspberry Lemon flavor magnesium is the best tasting ever, I never like magnesium supplements for the reason that they tasted not pleasant, but Natural Vitality was a game changer. Just be careful with your first time dosage, take half the recommended dosage and work your way up just to be on the safe side, it has laxative properties.

I tried it out, and I’m not going to be begging for it, but it’s not bad. The flavor isn’t strong, but isn’t unpleasant, and the powder mixed in well and didn’t have any chalky residue or bitterness. The small dose to start didn’t bother my gut, but definitely work up slowly.

After a lomg day at work I needed to relax so I heated up a mug of water and to my surprise after mixing the product in there i too a nice bubble bath snd drunk the calm and when I did I could tell my stress was being relieved and I was so pleased by the results I had to let other know about it.
