I was a little skeptical at first, but having been experiencing bouts of insomnia for the last few months, thought it was worth a try. CALM works! I've been taking it about 1/2 hour before going to bed and it helps me unwind and relax and to have more restful sleep. Needless to say, my energy levels have improved as a result. I'm a believer and so happy to have finally found something that actually does what it says it will do!

I drink a scoop of this every night in 1/2 cup of cherry juice. It tastes good and adds some sour fizz to the tart cherry juice. And it helps me sleep! Win win!

This isn’t a review of the item because I did not receive the item in the photos. The photos feature the MaxCalm variety with the MaxCalm nutritional information. I received the Calm variety. So just be advised that if you’re basing your purchase off of the information in the photos, there’s a good chance you aren’t going to receive that. This isn’t the first time Sam’s Club has displayed misleading information. Also, I’m trying to upload photos of the Calm that I was shipped and the app conveniently won’t let me.

This had the exact opposite effect on me from what it is supposed to do. I tried it for 2 nights and both nights were filled with tossing and turning and no sleep. I had not taken anything else so I know it was this. I immediately returned this product.
