I take it at night before I go to bed and can definitely tell the difference when I'm don't take it. I sleep so much better and do not wake up groggy the next day which is a huge plus for me. The taste is actually amazing. I highly recommend it to help you calm down and relax.

Was a bit iffy when I poured it out didn’t look all that appetizing once I added water but I must admit it tasted okay . Had sort of like a weird aftertaste but I mean hey I expected that . I must say it was a good drink not so sure about it making me calm and all of that but I did enjoy the drink.. I actually enjoy drinking this while I am reading and also before bed .

You don't need much and i noticed it worked quickly and didn't make me feel real drowsy! No unwanted side effects just felt a lot calmer! It tastes great too!

I am generally not a supplement-taker, but this was really pleasant and rather tasty for a supplement drink. There are no guidelines on the package for kids, but I let my kids have small amounts of it because they really like it, too! To be honest, I'm not sure how much calmness and muscle benefits I experience, but I enjoy the ritual of drinking it and I'm happy to keep taking it since I know magnesium is helpful (and who couldn't use more calm these days--during the pandemic?).

First of all, the drink tastes amazing. I have no problem drinking this unlike some other mixes. The problem is I do not feel any better than before I started taking this. Maybe I need to give it more time, and I will continue to use this to see, but for now it’s just a tasty drink.

Raspberry Lemon flavor magnesium is the best tasting ever, I never like magnesium supplements for the reason that they tasted not pleasant, but Natural Vitality was a game changer. Just be careful with your first time dosage, take half the recommended dosage and work your way up just to be on the safe side, it has laxative properties.

As i wouldn’t generally know that feeling being a stay at home mom. I love that it’s all natural, and though I’m not sure of magnesium being calming I know there are plenty of other benefits. The taste is not horrible like i expected it to be. It was good in ice cold water. Even though directions stated to use warm water, I couldn’t get on board with that. Might be good with some added sweetness to it as well. It’s not hard to drink at all.
