You can mix it for a hot tea or a cold drink, I prefer the warmth before bed. It has a nice raspberry lemon flavor and doesn’t leave that chalky after taste! I started using this at the 1 tsp level off and on. Once I began using it religiously and temping up to 2tsps,my menopausal hot flashes completely disappeared. It’s also more healthy then drinking caffeine to get through the day. This does exactly what it’s supposed to do it calms you down and it’s Healy for you.

The taste was actually pretty tasteful. I have been gravitating more towards vegan products due to a difference in taste (not bad) and it’s a much more healthier route for me and my small family. This product calmed my nerves and kept me relaxed for certain.

I plan to continue to use it as it tells you to increase the amount of powder slowly. I can tell a slight difference in how it calmed me down. Excited to see how I feel with a full dose.

I tried it out, and I’m not going to be begging for it, but it’s not bad. The flavor isn’t strong, but isn’t unpleasant, and the powder mixed in well and didn’t have any chalky residue or bitterness. The small dose to start didn’t bother my gut, but definitely work up slowly.

I mixed my powder with water and drank it 30 mins before I had a training class at work and my butterflies in my stomach seemed to just fly away. I believe this works great! The flavor was amazing too.
