My chiropractor recommended Natural Vitality Calm about 10 years ago. It has alleviated sleepless nights, where I sleep all through the night without laying awake for hours. I no longer have finger/hand joint pain, headaches or tight muscles. This powder has been a lifesaver for me.

As of 6/14 it shows our of stock, and I seriously hope it's not for long. My whole family has taken up this Calm magnesium supplement, with each of us experiencing different noticeable benefits such as reduced migraines, anxiety and muscle soreness. We took them up after one of them, who works as an RN, noticed these improvements in her own patients. I really hope this is brought back to Sam's soon!

Best I’ve used. The cherry flavor is good too! Great for digestive issues.

Not as effective as regular magnesium tablets

Taste more like raspberry than lemonade. Not a fan.

Why did you stop carrying this?

I enjoy having a hot cup of Calm before going to bed.

I take this for cramping muscles and it is wonderful.
