[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoys this anti-stress magnesium drink that helps calm. The raspberry-lemonade flavor is quite tasty. You add 2 teaspoons to a cup of water and stir. It is very easy to make. I will definitely use this product on a regular basis!

I take it at night before I go to bed and can definitely tell the difference when I'm don't take it. I sleep so much better and do not wake up groggy the next day which is a huge plus for me.
