When you make it, I don't recommend using a coffee cup as it fizzles up quite a lot! I've tried it with warm & with cold water and it doesn't taste better either way.

It was really good. Im not sure how much I felt the calming affects of it right away. But after a few days of drinking it regularly, I did feel like I wasn't as stressed or worrying about as much. It is def worth a try.

And not only that it didn't even make me relaxed. Of course, that might have been my fault that it didn't work as intended but I followed the directions closely as possible.

I have been enjoying this drink for approximately two weeks now. First off the taste is great. It is raspberry lemon flavor. I think that the fizz is different but in a good way. I have found the perfect amount of water and powder per glass for me. I seem to be more relaxed and comfortable throughout my day. Stressful situations seem to not to be so bothersome. I feel calm and just go with the flow. I enjoy this drink so much I drink it daily and look forward to trying other flavors.

First of all, the drink tastes amazing. I have no problem drinking this unlike some other mixes. The problem is I do not feel any better than before I started taking this. Maybe I need to give it more time, and I will continue to use this to see, but for now it’s just a tasty drink.
