[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a few weeks ago. Just add two tablespoon to some water. Stir and enjoy. You can definitely taste the Lemon over the raspberry. Which is fine there is just enough to raspberry to break the tartness of lemon. I did notice some calming in the early morning after drinking it. But it wore off after about 4 hrs. I'm sure it could be different for each person. I will continue to drink it as it helps me in my hectic mornings.
