After a lomg day at work I needed to relax so I heated up a mug of water and to my surprise after mixing the product in there i too a nice bubble bath snd drunk the calm and when I did I could tell my stress was being relieved and I was so pleased by the results I had to let other know about it.

It was really good. Im not sure how much I felt the calming affects of it right away. But after a few days of drinking it regularly, I did feel like I wasn't as stressed or worrying about as much. Raspberry Lemon flavor magnesium is amazing! It taste great and I love adding it to my water and adding extra lemon! I never like magnesium because the taste is usually terrible but the raspberry lemon is fantastic! It’s truly a game changer! It also is good for a bowel movement. It does take effect quickly, so watch how much you take. I love this stuff!!

And not only that it didn't even make me relaxed. Of course, that might have been my fault that it didn't work as intended but I followed the directions closely as possible.
