I also don't like to always drink plain water so this is a good way for me to get in fluids (with a great taste!) during the day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoys this anti-stress magnesium drink that helps calm. The raspberry-lemonade flavor is quite tasty. You add 2 teaspoons to a cup of water and stir. It is very easy to make. I will definitely use this product on a regular basis!

It definitely helps ease some tension and brings a bit of calm to me. Drinking warm water first thing in the morning is also good for your digestive tract so that's a help. The fizziness is pretty refreshing and the flavor is just right - not toi sweet or overwhelming at all. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So was not what I expected, actually more than what I was expecting. For an 8 oz bottle I think it’s a good amount of the powder in the container . Was a bit iffy when I poured it out didn’t look all that appetizing once I added water but I must admit it tasted okay . Had sort of like a weird aftertaste but I mean hey I expected that . I must say it was a good drink not so sure about it making me calm and all of that but I did enjoy the drink.. I actually enjoy drinking this while I am reading and also before bed .

You do have to remain consistent though and follow the directions. The first day I used it I noticed a difference within 30 minutes.. I was much less achy. Also the powder will sud up a lot when you are dissolving it in water so be prepared for that. The flavor wasn't bad at all.

I am generally not a supplement-taker, but this was really pleasant and rather tasty for a supplement drink. There are no guidelines on the package for kids, but I let my kids have small amounts of it because they really like it, too! To be honest, I'm not sure how much calmness and muscle benefits I experience, but I enjoy the ritual of drinking it and I'm happy to keep taking it since I know magnesium is helpful (and who couldn't use more calm these days--during the pandemic?).
