[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a few weeks ago. Just add two tablespoon to some water. Stir and enjoy. You can definitely taste the Lemon over the raspberry. Which is fine there is just enough to raspberry to break the tartness of lemon. I did notice some calming in the early morning after drinking it. But it wore off after about 4 hrs. I'm sure it could be different for each person. I will continue to drink it as it helps me in my hectic mornings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does help calm me down. Not too fond of the taste though. I've taken it a few hours before bedtime and it has helped me relax. When you make it, I don't recommend using a coffee cup as it fizzles up quite a lot! I've tried it with warm & with cold water and it doesn't taste better either way.

The taste was actually pretty tasteful. I have been gravitating more towards vegan products due to a difference in taste (not bad) and it’s a much more healthier route for me and my small family. This product calmed my nerves and kept me relaxed for certain.

It was really good. Im not sure how much I felt the calming affects of it right away. But after a few days of drinking it regularly, I did feel like I wasn't as stressed or worrying about as much. It is def worth a try.

And not only that it didn't even make me relaxed. Of course, that might have been my fault that it didn't work as intended but I followed the directions closely as possible.

I don’t feel I’ve tried enough to evaluate the calming effect fully, but it does help from what I can tell after using this daily for one week. It’s main ingredient is Magnesium. I will continue to use this for future calming effects!

It had the perfect flavoring of Rasberry Lemon . Within a few sips I really did feel a sense of calm and tension roll out of my muscles and out of my body.
