I take melatonin fairly regularly but for some reason these gummies were whack for me. I'd still have trouble falling asleep, but whenever I woke up, I'd feel drugged — like my head was stuffed with cotton.

These are pretty good. I prefer another brand but they do taste good. They don't put me to sleep as quickly as my other brand and they are a bit expensive.

These gummies knock me out dud. I highly recommend these and I’ve tried many sleep support gummies. These work insanely good out of all that I’ve tried.

I liked these melatonin gummies. They have a good flavor, kicked in about 30 minutes later, and helped me to fall asleep. They are not as effective as the CBD and melatonin gummies I currently use, but they are an easy to find alternative.
