I take melatonin here and there to help me when I go through periods where I have trouble sleeping. These were great on not only helping me fall asleep, but staying asleep.

I swear by these for jet lag. Helps to regulate sleep if you take on first night in a new time zone. Just don't try to stay awake after you take it or can miss the window and then it's too hard to sleep.

OLLY restful sleep helps me to fall asleep and stay asleep. These are effective in helping me have a normal nights sleep. I love the taste as well. These meet all my expectations for a quality nights rest. Yes, I would recommend these to others. 

I used to struggle going to sleep quickly. I would be awake for hours. I took two of these every night for a while and they really helped. After a while they weren't as effective but I did enjoy them while they lasted.

Totally knocked me out and did the job. At first it did quickly but then after a month I had to have a little more. They taste great Too! Would recommend this to other people that have issues falling asleep or getting sleepy.

This product helped me go to sleep, but I did wake up in the middle of the night. I would eventually go back to sleep. So I mean it works putting you to sleep but staying asleep lol I don't know..

These things work! They will knock you out, seriously. I only take half the recommended dose and 15 minutes later I'm out like a light. Definitely worth the price, the quality is really good. Highly recommend.

These have been really great for nights I can't sleep or when I wake up in the middle of the night. I would recommend only taking one, even thought the dose is 2.

Love these sleep gummies. They taste great and help me rest peacefully. I feel a tiny bit groggy when I wake up but it might just be because I was so relaxed. I take these nightly and they really do help !

As a teenager, I stay up doing work for projects and spending a lot of time on my phone. But I also have a really hard time sleeping. So when I took these it knocked me before midnight(i took it at 11ish). My sleep schedule is getting better now.
