I have tried numerous products to help me sleep, including prescription ambien, but none of it helped. Melatonin by itself was a laugh. But I saw Olly in SAM's Club so tried it, and it helped! We are "up North" for a few months, and we don't have a SAM's Club nearby, and the price online through Amazon and at other stores was much more expensive than from SAM's Club. So I ordered it from SAM's Club online and had it mailed to my temporary home, the postage for 2 bottles less than $6, and still came out much cheaper than other sources. I take 2 a half-hour before bedtime.
