My son recommended these because I have issues staying asleep. So far they are doing a great job and I am falling asleep!! They don't taste the best, but once you get over the taste you are good to go!!

These taste good but I didn't think they were very effective, either they took a long time to release into my system or they didn't have a high enough dose. I broches when I took melatonin in non-gummy form it worked sooner (<30min)

This stuff works really well and I love it not only does it put you to sleep it helps you relax. I also do not feel tired in the morning after I take it and I don’t sleep in. I will say it gives me really weird dreams but that’s whatever.

I have been using these gummies for years. I don’t use sleep-drugs, so it’s amazing that these are all natural. With these, I fall asleep so much easier. I have tried other melatonin sleep products, and none work as well as these. Definitely buy!

These work wonders for those really restless nights. I try not to take them often because I've heard melatonin is habit forming (even if a product says it isn't) but if I've been up for awhile unable to sleep, these always help to knock me out.

These are conveniently prepared in gummy form. They don't taste bad at all. They helped me fall asleep and stay asleep better, but I don't feel like they're worth the price when compared to regular melatonin pills

I have a very hard time sleeping. These worked the first few times I had them but then, as if my body built an immunity to them, they stopped helping me sleep. The also have a horrible taste and smell.
