I take two just about every night. Some nights it helps me drift right to sleep and others I am still restless. I think the texture is ok and the taste isn't bad but it's not good either. It kind of leaves a aftertaste.

Melatonin gummies are really yummy and they really help me to fall asleep! I will definitely be getting more at some point. I really like this brand as well as this flavor. The texture is pretty solid as well.

These OLLY Restful Sleep gummies didn't do much for me. I have trouble staying asleep, and I don't think these gummies made much of a difference at all. They do taste good, but other than that I didn't really see any benefits.

I have used these several times, but alas, they have not given me any relief for my insomnia. I do go to sleep, but only for a couple hours, and then no help.

OLLY restful sleep helps me to fall asleep and stay asleep. These are effective in helping me have a normal nights sleep. I love the taste as well. These meet all my expectations for a quality nights rest. Yes, I would recommend these to others.

my boyfriend takes these and he also has the muscle recovery ones and they knock him out. he says they really help him and he feels fully rested afterwards
