The taste is a smidge off but I did love them for those weeks where sleep just wasn't happening. Easy to remember and easy to access if you don't just keep a bottle of water/drink with you at all times.

Love these. I cant say that eating one or two does the trick tho. For me personally,, I eat one of these and take 2 10mg melatonins- thats a good ,, undisturbed sleep

These are great! Works way better then taking a pill form a melatonin. The taste is amazing! I totally wish they were regular gummies, I would just snack on them. I usually end up falling asleep about 30 min after I eat a couple.

Do these aid sleep? I'm not sure. I take them before bed on days I'm having a hard time sleeping and I'm still tossing and turning. They DO taste GREAT, but I'm not sure they're very effective (at least not for me)

Olly products are amazing. I take one of these gummies and I will sleep through the entire night. I would recommend to people who have trouble sleeping.

took these to portugal to help with the jet lag- nothinglike being wide awake at 2am and needing to go back to sleep for 5 hours. these really worked and tasted great!

I had a problem with my sleeping schedule and my Dr recommended this for me and my problem and it helps a lot and I have a good schedule so far I take a bit to get me sleepy but it helps

Love these! As a night shifter, I had to find something to help knock me out during the day so I could then stay up all night. These were easy, taste yum, and put me out within half an hour, typically. Still my go to sleep aid.

These taste great, and I think they worked for improving sleep. It could have been placebo effect though. I would try again if I have trouble sleeping.

Those gummies were nasty I will never get those again I love this brand and actually works but honestly I took four of those gummies and they did not put me to sleep it's nasty
