I love the fact that is a gummy. I need to use on a more consistent basis to see if they work well for me. They did the few nights I used them but then I forgot or got lazy! Maybe sticking them by the bed will help!

These do make me a bit drowsy, but my sleep is never very good when I take them. They're fine for long plane rides, but I personally do not enjoy them for a night routine.

This is my fave! I've always had trouble sleeping, but these work every time. I take them an hour before I want to sleep, and it times out perfectly! Plus they taste good, too!

These are by far my favorite melatonin gummies, i think the extra strength ones are perfect if these done work for you. I take it 30min before bed and then knock right out.

The flavor of these gummies are amazing. I used them frequently in college when I was having trouble sleeping. I did find that I became dependent when I used them too frequently

I love love love these. I read somewhere that melatonin might actually just provide a placebo effect, and I do not care. I take these religiously every night and sleep like a baby. No more lying awake at night, which has changed my life

My son recommended these because I have issues staying asleep. So far they are doing a great job and I am falling asleep!! They don't taste the best, but once you get over the taste you are good to go!!

11/10 definitely recommend, I take 1 and I'm asleep within 15 minutes. Taste super good and you wake up feeling awake and refreshed! I have troubles falling asleep at night but with these I sleep like a baby!!

I used this product while I was working odd hours and needed it a few times a week. While it's not Olly's fault, I quickly grew dependent and the standard dose stopped working, so I save this for emergencies only!

My daughters who were long haul flight attendants would bring me these from the states.. cant get in nz. I'm so missing them they worked so well getting me off to sleep and having a better sleep!! Grrrr to the pandemic !!!
