Oh love these ( I like any excuse to eat beneficial fruit snacks) I take these for the melatonin but really any melatonin would do as well as CBD an hour before bed to wind down

These are just ok, I don’t really like that there is mint in them. I also notice when taking melatonin that I experience nightmares so it defeats the purpose of a sleeping aid

Better than melatonin straight up. I only use gummy melatonin based products. OLLY also has a lot of other good-for-you ingredients in each gummy so a person gets more benefits than just sleep only. Would buy again but not essential.

My son recommended these because I have issues staying asleep. So far they are doing a great job and I am falling asleep!! They don't taste the best, but once you get over the taste you are good to go!!

These gummies are great. They taste great and put me to sleep within an hour. Even just one has some effect. The only side effect is sometimes I have strange dreams, but I get a great nights sleep

My daughters who were long haul flight attendants would bring me these from the states.. cant get in nz. I'm so missing them they worked so well getting me off to sleep and having a better sleep!! Grrrr to the pandemic !!!

These work wonders for those really restless nights. I try not to take them often because I’ve heard melatonin is habit forming (even if a product says it isn’t) but if I’ve been up for awhile unable to sleep, these always help to knock me out.
