I'm not sure if the strength on this works well with me. I still think it's worth a shot as it does make me feel a little bit more relaxed when I try to fall asleep but it doesn't help me to stay asleep like I wish it would

I am the biggest fan of these melatonin supplements! I have tried many different brands and these changed my life! I have the best sleep and since they are 3mg, you can choose whether you take one or two depending on how they affect you!

Loved this vitamin to help me sleep. I know once I hit the bed my mind races. I take one of these every night an hour before bed when I'm unwinding and I easily fall asleep. No overtiredness the next more either!

These are the best gummy sleep aids I've ever had. They are yummy to eat but they work really well also. You take them 30 minutes before you go to sleep and it helps you to fall asleep and stay asleep. I would highly recommend them.

These are great! Works way better then taking a pill form a melatonin. The taste is amazing! I totally wish they were regular gummies, I would just snack on them. I usually end up falling asleep about 30 min after I eat a couple.

Olly Sleep gummy vitamins have melatonin which helps me fall asleep and have a more restful sleep. I don't take everyday but when I do use them I notice much better sleep and I wake up feeling more rested.
