These are so amazing! If you just take one of these per night before bed, you’ll automatically feel relaxed and ready to sleep. Once asleep, I don’t wake up sporadically through the night as I once did. The flavor is also amazing! Highly recommend.

These used to be my favorite part of my night time routine but I’m going to have to find a new product. The new formula is awful. The texture is bad and the taste has changed, won’t be buying again unless they go back to the original formula.

I purchased this brand of melatonin because I heard good things about it. However, I had a reaction that caused me to experience nightmares and my skin itched all night. I didn’t get any sleep. I am not sure if others have had similar experiences.

These taste good but I didn’t think they were very effective, either they took a long time to release into my system or they didn’t have a high enough dose. I broches when I took melatonin in non-gummy form it worked sooner (<30min)

These gummies are great because I don’t like to take a sleeping pill. I think these vitamins help relax and guide me to sleep rather than knock me out. I feel better about taking these than a sleeping pill, since it’s a vitamin.
