I swear by these for jet lag. Helps to regulate sleep if you take on first night in a new time zone. Just don’t try to stay awake after you take it or can miss the window and then it’s too hard to sleep.

Favorite melatonin brand. I’ve tried multiple options of melatonin before, but this one truly puts me to sleep and helps me stay asleep-and it tastes really good!

These melatonin gummies work! They are effective and I feel rested. They unfortunately do not taste the best and make it hard to want to chew them. Texture is fine though.

Very tasty and provides me with the sleep aid that I need throughout the night. Like other melatonin vitamins though it personally gives me vivid dreams. Great to take and wake up without feeling groggy in the morning but more refreshed.

I have always had a hard time falling asleep; however, Olly puts me to sleep in under 20 minutes. They are super effective and as a bonus delicious! I never go to sleep without them! They are a part of my nightly routine for great sleep!

These worked the way they’re supposed to but I didn’t like the taste sometimes it tasted a bit chemically and I disliked that so I wouldn’t recommend when choosing melatonin gummies cause I feel like there are better ones out there.

I have been taking the sleep gummies before bed for a week and kid you not, I have never slept better! My husband is a toss and turner and my 30lb dog sleeps next to me like velcro, and even they have not disrupted my sleep!! I feel great!!

These are fairly good at getting me to fall asleep right away but I will still usually wake up a couple times throughout the night if I have a lot on my mind.
