I bought this yesterday and took it last night. I slept like a rock and woke up fine. Great great product. I always have night sweats however I don’t think I had them last night and if I did I can’t remember. So yes 5 stars!!

Not your typical sleep supplement… This had me sleeping so well through the night, my spouse said I snored so loud the house shook. Affordable. Great labeling. Tastes amazing!

I love these, they give me good sleep but not where j am groggy & tired the next day. I take one on the nights I have a hard time falling asleep. Seriously the best ever and great flavor.

These are amazing! They work so well and don’t leave you feeling groggy in the morning. I am indifferent to the taste. The taste isn’t bad at all but it’s not a yummy sweet flavor. Definitely recommend

These are alright. I wouldn’t say they directly put me to sleep but can somewhat help. They taste good & are are a great value. I actually got a sample of these before I purchased them.

These taste great, and I think they worked for improving sleep. It could have been placebo effect though. I would try again if I have trouble sleeping.

these do work well when i’m having trouble sleeping consistently for a while but they stop working as well the longer you take them. definitely better to take for shorter periods at a time

These are the best sleep supplement I have ever used. My whole family uses them. They help you fall asleep faster and are better than OTC sleep meds that are usually just an antihistamine.

Sometimes I just can’t fall asleep at night and all it takes is one of these for me and I am asleep within 30 minutes, I wake up the morning non drowsy and full of energy!

These babies are dangerous! Not only are they good but they truly help. You only need to take one but personally I take two and it does the trick. They are effective and have the cutest packaging. Once you are done reuse the bottle or recycle!
