took these to portugal to help with the jet lag- nothinglike being wide awake at 2am and needing to go back to sleep for 5 hours. these really worked and tasted great!

I feel like they are just OK. They definitely help to wind tot down but don't “put me out”. It's a happy medium to helping the issue of sleeping. They help- but not entirely! Also more expensive than other brands.

My absolute favorite melatonin product. The taste is amazing and they actually work. I take it about 30 minutes before bedtime and it puts me out for the rest of the night. I always recommend this product and will continue to purchase!

I was having trouble sleeping and started to take Olly Sleep and I got so in a routine that even if I missed a day of taking these I still started to get tired and would be able to sleep at the same time as I would when taking Olly sleep.

Whenever I have sleeping issues and can't sleep, I pop one of these In my mouth and watch my phone for a bit on my bed. After while, (5mins) I'll get sleepy and go to sleep

These taste amazing and help with sleep, but the melatonin did not work great for me personally. Otherwise I love Olly and I know others get good benefits out of this.

I absolutely love these! They work so well! The combo of L-Theanine and GABA works well and the Lemon balm adds great taste to these delicious gummy vitamins! Good to wind down and get vitamins and sleep!

These gummies are amazing . It takes about a hour to Kick in but they help me for those days I have to be up early the next morning and I can't seem to fall asleep. Amazing!!!
