I do believe these gummies help me get to sleep. It eases you into rest which is pleasant. But I am not able to stay asleep for more than a few hours. Maybe 5 max. So I’m up too early but feeling tired earlier too.

I have these on hand for when my teenagers have trouble sleeping. I love the ingredients and they work really well. I would recommend trying them if you have trouble falling asleep.

Oh love these ( I like any excuse to eat beneficial fruit snacks) I take these for the melatonin but really any melatonin would do as well as CBD an hour before bed to wind down

I can be exhausted all day and by bed time I am wide awake. I use these nightly to help me fall asleep. My kids also use them. I like that there are different strengths for the whole family and it's a natural product.

The l-theanine in addition to the melatonin allows me to fall asleep and stay asleep with fewer mg of melatonin. I get restful sleep without grogginess. The kid version is great for my son, too.

We love these! In fact we use them often but sadly when you forget them in the car they turn into one giant glob. The picture is one hour in the car after purchasing them.

Do these aid sleep? I’m not sure. I take them before bed on days I’m having a hard time sleeping and I’m still tossing and turning. They DO taste GREAT, but I’m not sure they’re very effective (at least not for me)

This is my favorite melatonin gummy because it tastes good and is just the right strength. When I can’t sleep I will take one and in the next 30 min I will be asleep.
