Helps me fall asleep and wake up refreshed. As long as I take it on a night I can get 8 hours or more sleep. If I know I am getting up at 6am but take it after 11 I will feel groggy. Not my favorite flavor but nothing I want to spit out.

Very tasty and provides me with the sleep aid that I need throughout the night. Like other melatonin vitamins though it personally gives me vivid dreams. Great to take and wake up without feeling groggy in the morning but more refreshed.

This is my favorite melatonin gummy because it tastes good and is just the right strength. When I can't sleep I will take one and in the next 30 min I will be asleep.

These taste so freaking disgusting. They do the job, they have melatonin, but holy crap this flavor is awful and revolting. Just use melatonin pills in my opinion

I have these on hand for when my teenagers have trouble sleeping. I love the ingredients and they work really well. I would recommend trying them if you have trouble falling asleep.

I am one to get up a few times during the night every single night…. When I take Olly on a routine basis I sleep like a baby. I take one gummy 30 minutes before bed and it relaxes me and I don't wake up in the middle of the night.

I'm still thinking on these. I think they are making my body ache the next day after taking but not sure. Could be something else. They do help me sleep but this melatonin makes me dream too much. Other melatonin's don't make me dream this crazy.

I have tried many different melatonin brands over the years and Olly is by far the best! I not only go to sleep faster but sleep deeper and wake up more refreshed!

We love these! In fact we use them often but sadly when you forget them in the car they turn into one giant glob. The picture is one hour in the car after purchasing them.

Very natural non groggy which is so huge for falling asleep as well as proper rest. The wake up is nice and normal after use. Your body will thank you with olly at your side. Tastes yummy too!:)
