I love love love these. I read somewhere that melatonin might actually just provide a placebo effect, and I do not care. I take these religiously every night and sleep like a baby. No more lying awake at night, which has changed my life

I take melatonin here and there to help me when I go through periods where I have trouble sleeping. These were great on not only helping me fall asleep, but staying asleep.

I work night shift so these help me in between shifts for sleeping adequately. I do like the taste of these also. These definitely have helped me stay asleep during the day and night depending on the shift I’m working.

I have always had a hard time falling asleep; however, Olly puts me to sleep in under 20 minutes. They are super effective and as a bonus delicious! I never go to sleep without them! They are a part of my nightly routine for great sleep!

These did help me sleep a little better. I didn’t have a big change but when you can’t sleep a little is better then nothing. Flavor is good and easy to chew. If you haven’t tried these then it’s worth a try to see if it can help you.

These are my go to gummies! I like the entire brand. You don’t want to take them too often. I found I’d wake up in the middle of the night if I did. I never felt drowsy or tired in the mornings with these.

This stuff made me horribly drowsy the next day, so I figured I would try it one more night, same thing, I felt like terrible all day. I won’t be taking this , ever again

I don’t know how well these really worked, I don’t feel like they helped me to sleep all the time . However they tested pretty good and did help other members of my family so it may have just been me.
