I took these and the prenatal for the past two years and the formula change messed up the texture and flavor so much I thought I got a bad batch. Congrats on your “New Coke” moment, Olly. Not buying again.

These work really well but they are super super sugary and sweet which I don’t love right before bed. I will probably not purchase again for this reason, but if you’re into that - these are a great source of melatonin!

They took a something so simple and easily to forget about taking into something to look forward to everyday. Even gktbthe kids to take there vitamins so easy. Well done!

I had a problem with my sleeping schedule and my Dr recommended this for me and my problem and it helps a lot and I have a good schedule so far I take a bit to get me sleepy but it helps

These calmed me down a little bit at night, I’m not so sure that they helped me get a good nights sleep fully. They did seem to calm me enough to fall asleep though.

I have only been taking for 3 days, and was skeptical at first since it didn't seem to be working, but wow, I had the best sleep last night. I haven't rested that well in years. I hope it helps long term, but, so far so great.

I think melatonin is a good option if you can't sleep but I do think over time it becomes a placebo effect. There's no way to tell how effective these are. I had taken them for a few months and then started to notice they weren't working anymore.

The gummies dry out really quick and become rock hard and impossible to ingest. Not to mention these don’t help me feel rested at all and I feel groggy in the morning. They aren’t worth it and I would not repurchase.

I was experiencing high levels of stress that impacted my sleep. This helped me relax, fall asleep, and stay asleep most of the time. Taste was decent. I prefer a gummy because I find the easier to digest than another pill. Would recommend.
