I have been using this product for about 3 weeks now. Since I work a lot online, my sleeping patterns have changed for the worse. I started taking two, but I found that three puts me in a calm and complete sleep.

I love love love these. I read somewhere that melatonin might actually just provide a placebo effect, and I do not care. I take these religiously every night and sleep like a baby. No more lying awake at night, which has changed my life

I love these for when I’m feeling run down or sick. I avoid taking melatonin too often but when you need to be knocked out and stay asleep, these do the trick!! And love that they boost immunity too!

My husband and I have been using OLLY sleep for a few years now. It really helps us fall asleep and I love that it doesn’t make me feel groggy the next day!

These work but they are definitely kind of addicting because they taste good! I used to want to eat more than the dosage amount. These are a little expensive though, and you can get a better quality/higher dosage from cheaper generic brand options.

These give me crazy dreams and I wake up feeling not rested. They are also super smelly and the crazy fruit smell kinda drives me crazy. My partner loves them though, so, three stars for our different takes on it. 

Love these. I cant say that eating one or two does the trick tho. For me personally,, I eat one of these and take 2 10mg melatonins- thats a good ,, undisturbed sleep

Tastes great! Definitely an effective melatonin supplement. I ease into sleep rather than just drop. It's a great addition for those nights when I can't sleep

These didn’t help me sleep at all. They do taste pretty good though. Overall I don’t recommend them because there are cheaper alternatives for the same thing
