I start with this product and I'm completely satisfied Just begin 1 gummy and my rest was sooooooo good I recommend this product if u can't sleep or u have difficulty to sleep Just take a gummy wait around fifteen minutes, relax and go to sleep

Ok these are dangerous!! They taste soooooo good ! It's too bad I can't eat more than recommended . It made me sleepy yes but not sure if it actually works . Still trying it

I have tried this one and the extra strength ones. Both are really good and the flavor gets better over time. I now can't go to bed without them. Has really helped me stay asleep all night and I always wake up feeling refreshed.

These did? Nothing for me. I would not buy again? Maybe it was just me but I hadn't sounded all night. Do not recommend this product. Plus i thought it was overpriced.

These gummies are great. They taste great and put me to sleep within an hour. Even just one has some effect. The only side effect is sometimes I have strange dreams, but I get a great nights sleep

These calmed me down a little bit at night, I'm not so sure that they helped me get a good nights sleep fully. They did seem to calm me enough to fall asleep though.

I have a very hard time sleeping. These worked the first few times I had them but then, as if my body built an immunity to them, they stopped helping me sleep. The also have a horrible taste and smell.
