I love that this is gummy. It helps to that you can cut dosage to take just what you need. Kids and I both use it. Doesn't trigger crazy dreams like some sleep supplements can.

Our grandaughter is nap and bedtime challenged, this really helps and she loves the taste!!! We have not tried kids formulation. This is an excellent calming sleep formulation!!!

The taste of these are so yummy! If you follow directions and take 30 min before bed, this definitely helps me fall asleep. I don't use super frequently bc I am now on a prescription sleep aid. I would buy again!

Bought these the other day and finally got a good nights rest. Been dealing with a lot of work and personal issues and not being able to calm down and rest. These definitely hit the spot.

I really enjoy the taste of these (could eat them like candy!) but it seems that they only work half the time for me (but this is similar with all melatonin products). They definitely help relax and unwind at bedtime though

These would of been a 5 star if the gummed didn't taste so bad but I keep taking then because they put me right to sleep as someone who has trouble sleeping

Olly sleep knock me out in the best way possible. I get a little drowsy in the morning after I take one but these are great when you need a good night sleep

These are alright. I wouldn't say they directly put me to sleep but can somewhat help. They taste good & are are a great value. I actually got a sample of these before I purchased them.

I have taken these after working night shift as a nurse and they really seem to get me through sleeping through the day! I would recommend these to any of my friends.
