These are ALWAYS in my bed side table. I usually just need one because if I have two I over sleep. But they taste great and don’t get hard in the bottle.

I started taking this a week ago. It has helped me sleep through the night which is great, but one problem. I have felt alittle depressed the day after. Have to figure it out !

I love these vitamins. They taste great and help me feel sleepy before bed. They also have great ingredients. When i finish the container I have now, I will be getting the “extra” sleep ones to try those out!

Whenever I have sleeping issues and can’t sleep, I pop one of these In my mouth and watch my phone for a bit on my bed. After while, (5mins) I’ll get sleepy and go to sleep

I used this product while I was working odd hours and needed it a few times a week. While it’s not Olly’s fault, I quickly grew dependent and the standard dose stopped working, so I save this for emergencies only!

My husband works night shift and these really help him get restful sleep during the day, especially because he refuses to take supplements unless they’re in gummy form.

My husband likes them I feel like for me they don’t do anything they taste good and they are easy to take price is also low. They come in several sizes as well

Helped me sleep when I worked night shift but I woke up drowsy everyday as if I took a Benadryl (or multiple). The groggy feeling for me wasn’t worth it. It did help me get to sleep with just one gummy. 2 stars for the good taste only.

These taste great, and I think they worked for improving sleep. It could have been placebo effect though. I would try again if I have trouble sleeping.
