Helped calm me down before bed and would make me tired. Helped with my sleep but also gave me extremely weird dreams every-night. Don’t use anymore because of them.

This product helped me go to sleep, but I did wake up in the middle of the night. I would eventually go back to sleep. So I mean it works putting you to sleep but staying asleep lol I don’t know..

I've been falling asleep so much faster and staying asleep! It's been such a positive thing for me. I'm a little more tired in the mornings but it's very worth it because I've been getting an extra hour of sleep every night.

This product is so amazing. I don't take it everyday but when I do it works instantly. I wouldn't improve nothing about it. I only use it when I'm burned out.

I take one a night or sometimes half depends on how tired I am it works really good just make sure you have at least seven hours of sleep and you won't wake up groggy

This product is okay, but there’s not a lot of melatonin per serving. Pretty packaging and great marketing on their end, but it didn’t really stand out for me in performance.

I have been using this per directions and can tell no different what so ever with my sleep. In fact, I think I wake up more often! Would not recommend!!

These tasted really good and I enjoyed them so it encouraged me to use them. The packaging is cute and I liked to keep it on my bedside stand but I didn’t like that they had so much sugar.

I really enjoy the taste of these (could eat them like candy!) but it seems that they only work half the time for me (but this is similar with all melatonin products). They definitely help relax and unwind at bedtime though
