I take these as an alternative to melatonin pills and enjoy this a lot more. They taste amazing and make me feel tired within 20 mins of taking it. This is a perfect melatonin alternative and I definitely recommend

Been using these for a few months now, great for falling asleep after having caffeine late. However, I’ve noticed it’s made my hair so thin! My scalp is starting to bald and my hair has become so weak and brittle.
