The taste of these is good but they did not work. They may work for other people but for me its a no. I gave it two stars only because the taste was good.

These didn't help me sleep at all. They do taste pretty good though. Overall I don't recommend them because there are cheaper alternatives for the same thing

These worked the way they're supposed to but I didn't like the taste sometimes it tasted a bit chemically and I disliked that so I wouldn't recommend when choosing melatonin gummies cause I feel like there are better ones out there.

I take two just about every night. Some nights it helps me drift right to sleep and others I am still restless. I think the texture is ok and the taste isn't bad but it's not good either. It kind of leaves a aftertaste.
