These seriously helped me! I'm going through a really stressful time in my life, and it messed up my normally even sleep cycle. Melatonin to the rescue! These are most effective if you take them regularly.

These taste so freaking disgusting. They do the job, they have melatonin, but holy crap this flavor is awful and revolting. Just use melatonin pills in my opinion
