11/10 definitely recommend, I take 1 and I’m asleep within 15 minutes. Taste super good and you wake up feeling awake and refreshed! I have troubles falling asleep at night but with these I sleep like a baby!!

These do make me a bit drowsy, but my sleep is never very good when I take them. They’re fine for long plane rides, but I personally do not enjoy them for a night routine.

I love these gummies! I have tried melatonin before and it’s worked but left we with a terrible hangover feeling in the morning, These are one of the only brands that work and don’t leave me groggy all day! Totally Recommend! 💤

I got these a few weeks ago. My husbands deployed and it is the worst trying to sleep. I gave these a try and I am able to fall asleep at a decent time so easily and am not groggy when I wake up. Love these!

Totally knocked me out and did the job. At first it did quickly but then after a month I had to have a little more. They taste great Too! Would recommend this to other people that have issues falling asleep or getting sleepy.

Extremely gentle and effective in helping me fall asleep quickly and without and adverse side effects. This product does not leave me with a groggy feeling when I do wake up. I highly recommend.

This definitely helped me feel more relaxed before going to bed and made falling asleep a little easier. The taste is nice and not unpleasant. The potency wore off over time, so I decided to switch to something else.

I think I have to continue trying this one but it has worked helping fall asleep only 2/5 times I’ve tried these gummies. Not very impressed sadly. I will do an updated review if my thoughts change!

These did not work for me sadly. They helped me to sleep but in 2 or 3 hours of sleep I wake up wide awake, all night, and it did to me for a few nights in the row so I stopped, even on the plane the same thing happened..
