These babies are dangerous! Not only are they good but they truly help. You only need to take one but personally I take two and it does the trick. They are effective and have the cutest packaging. Once you are done reuse the bottle or recycle!

These things will knock you out. They will also give you wild dreams, so be prepared. However, this is normal with any melatonin gummy. I honestly think these work just as good as any other melatonin gummy I've tried, but these taste the best. 

Helps me fall sleep, again this brand is a bit expensive but it worth it. I take one of these everyday before going to sleep since I have trouble actually falling asleep.

I have tried this one and the extra strength ones. Both are really good and the flavor gets better over time. I now can't go to bed without them. Has really helped me stay asleep all night and I always wake up feeling refreshed.

I didn't find these to work very well. I don't care for gummie version of melatonin after trying different types. I would stick with the pill version of melatonin

Works well on nights I struggle to fall asleep. Make sure you have time for a full nights sleep before taking so you don't wake up groggy. I've tried taking just one, but I find I'm less groggy and sleep better when I take the recommended two.
