These are some of the few that don't leave me feeling very tired or sluggish in the morning after taking them. I find myself not feeling irritable while trying to fall asleep either. The only thing I don't like is the price for the small bottle.

Please please please adjust the ingredients in this. A very off - putting chemical taste. I feel this can be helpful for occasional nighttime restlessness

These did not work for me at all. I have used other Olly products in the past and had high hopes for this. I didn't see any benefit from these. Major let down.
