Makes me sleep

This is easy to chew and has a grape flavor too. I will typically take one about an hour before going to sleep. The melatonin works and helps me fall asleep. I won't take more than one because it makes me feel groggy and have a hard time waking up.

So I got the travel pack ones to help me sleep while I’m away. I love the concept and how they have travel packs. However I don’t deal well with sugar before I sleep! Also they easily melted

BEST MELATONIN

Other brands of melatonin have made me feel sick and loopy or stop working once my body gets use to it. This melatonin helps my busy mind fall right to sleep and feeling energetic first thing in the morning.

Life Saver!

These are personally a travel staple for me. Every time I travel to a different time zone, these help me get adjusted from the very first night! I fall asleep so fast with these — Plus I enjoy the taste!

I’m not sure if

I’m not sure if the strength on this works well with me. I still think it’s worth a shot as it does make me feel a little bit more relaxed when I try to fall asleep but it doesn’t help me to stay asleep like I wish it would

A little goes a long well

These are really good. I don’t have to use them every night but whenever I’m restless or lately I’ve been waking up in my sleep I take one and i sleep so well. Only have needed to take 2 one time. they also taste realllyyy good.
