These did not work for me sadly. They helped me to sleep but in 2 or 3 hours of sleep I wake up wide awake, all night, and it did to me for a few nights in the row so I stopped, even on the plane the same thing happened..

I feel like these are just overpriced, not great tasteing gummies. Not effective at all in helping you get to sleep. I'm not sure why anyone would buy these

Totally knocked me out and did the job. At first it did quickly but then after a month I had to have a little more. They taste great Too! Would recommend this to other people that have issues falling asleep or getting sleepy.

This product is so amazing. I don't take it everyday but when I do it works instantly. I wouldn't improve nothing about it. I only use it when I'm burned out.

These are the only melatonin gummies I Will take! I swear by these! Take two 30 minutes before bed and get amazing restful sleep. Never wake up groggy either which is a PLUS!

Ok these are dangerous!! They taste soooooo good ! It’s too bad I can’t eat more than recommended . It made me sleepy yes but not sure if it actually works . Still trying it

These are my favorite sleep gummies. They taste great and within 30 minutes I'm off to dream land. I have tried a cheaper brand and they just don't hold a candle to these

I use this all the time. I work mid shift and sometimes I need a little help falling and staying asleep. This knocks me out in about 30-45 minutes and I stay asleep until my alarm goes off. Not a bad taste either

These have great flavor and are definitely effective. I usually only take a partial one when I use them as I have a very low tolerance to melatonin. I definitely recommend!

First of all the taste is fantastic! Starting there these are already delicious! While I’m not sure how well these work just taking them relaxes me and let’s me start to rest better
