This did not work as well for me as I wanted. It would help me fall asleep faster, but I would wake up multiple times a night and had the craziest dreams. I tried it for over 60 days, but never improved so personally didn't work for me

These work and I love the brand. However this flavor was disgusting. No body in my household could stand the flavor. But if that doesn't bother you they did do the job.
