I'm a senior and for some reason I have trouble sleeping now. I thought these would help but they don't.

The most effective melatonin I have ever tried. I only take 1 because 2 make me groggy! I save for when I’m having trouble sleeping and it works like a charm. Taste delicious too

This stuff works really well and I love it not only does it put you to sleep it helps you relax. I also do not feel tired in the morning after I take it and I don’t sleep in. I will say it gives me really weird dreams but that’s whatever.

I take it every night. helps me fall asleep so easily it feels natural. the taste is good too. one is enough to knock me out but if i’m anxious before bed I take two.

These did not work for me sadly. They helped me to sleep but in 2 or 3 hours of sleep I wake up wide awake, all night, and it did to me for a few nights in the row so I stopped, even on the plane the same thing happened..

I’ve tried a lot of melatonin-containing products. This one is my favorite. For me, this product is strong enough to help me get to sleep but not so strong that I feel awful in the morning.

I love these vitamins. They taste great and help me feel sleepy before bed. They also have great ingredients. When i finish the container I have now, I will be getting the “extra” sleep ones to try those out!

Excellent ingredients, before when I go to sleep My mind kept thinking and didn't shut up, until I drank Olly Sleep. The L-Thianine help in this and now I sleep fast and all night.
