These work but they are definitely kind of addicting because they taste good! I used to want to eat more than the dosage amount. These are a little expensive though, and you can get a better quality/higher dosage from cheaper generic brand options.

These worked the way they're supposed to but I didn't like the taste sometimes it tasted a bit chemically and I disliked that so I wouldn't recommend when choosing melatonin gummies cause I feel like there are better ones out there.

I often have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep so I tried this product. To be fair I only took them a few times but never noticed a difference in assisting with my sleep.

These did help me sleep a little better. I didn't have a big change but when you can't sleep a little is better then nothing. Flavor is good and easy to chew. If you haven't tried these then it's worth a try to see if it can help you.

Please please please adjust the ingredients in this. A very off - putting chemical taste. I feel this can be helpful for occasional nighttime restlessness

Very natural non groggy which is so huge for falling asleep as well as proper rest. The wake up is nice and normal after use. Your body will thank you with olly at your side. Tastes yummy too!:)

took these to portugal to help with the jet lag- nothinglike being wide awake at 2am and needing to go back to sleep for 5 hours. these really worked and tasted great!

I feel like they are just OK. They definitely help to wind tot down but don't “put me out”. It's a happy medium to helping the issue of sleeping. They help- but not entirely! Also more expensive than other brands.

The most effective melatonin I have ever tried. I only take 1 because 2 make me groggy! I save for when I'm having trouble sleeping and it works like a charm. Taste delicious too

These are really good. I don’t have to use them every night but whenever I’m restless or lately I’ve been waking up in my sleep I take one and i sleep so well. Only have needed to take 2 one time. they also taste realllyyy good.
