Excellent ingredients, before when I go to sleep My mind kept thinking and didn't shut up, until I drank Olly Sleep. The L-Thianine help in this and now I sleep fast and all night.

Ok these are dangerous!! They taste soooooo good ! It's too bad I can't eat more than recommended . It made me sleepy yes but not sure if it actually works . Still trying it

I use them with My husband. They definitely help you to relax before you go to sleep but if you are really have issue with sleeping, they will be to weak.

I love these gummies at first I was a little skeptical but I tried them at 9:00 in about 30 minutes I was out it was kind of weird but it helped me sleep so much better I have been using them for about a year!

It's ok many other cheaper brands that actually work alot better so I've stopped buying this one for others every time I've bought these they have been hard n not chewy makes it hard to get the kids to take them when they are that hard

I use these for the nights I have trouble sleeping and they work amazing on me. I have the best nights sleep with no tossing and turning or up all night. They don't taste bad and the price is reasonable.

I'm not sure if the strength on this works well with me. I still think it's worth a shot as it does make me feel a little bit more relaxed when I try to fall asleep but it doesn't help me to stay asleep like I wish it would
