Definitely my go to when I can’t sleep. Great taste and fast working. Added elderberry helps my immune system, which suffered when I don’t get enough sleep. My daughter uses these now and she loves them. super easy to use. Cap could be a little more childproof

I often find it hard to sleep because i feel like i can be doing something else during the time it takes me to get tired, and then i stay up too late and stress about waking up the next day. But this helps at least get me to the point where i know I’ll fall asleep if i close my eyes, i take it about 2 hours before i want to go to bed, because i know I’ll still fight the sleep. It really does work.
