Excellent ingredients, before when I go to sleep My mind kept thinking and didn't shut up, until I drank Olly Sleep. The L-Thianine help in this and now I sleep fast and all night.

I love these gummies at first I was a little skeptical but I tried them at 9:00 in about 30 minutes I was out it was kind of weird but it helped me sleep so much better I have been using them for about a year!

These gummies work well to help me relax before bed and calm my mind. They are slightly pricey and not the best tasting, but are a nice way to promote sleep without taking sleeping pills or straight melatonin.

I actually have the extra strength version of these. They taste great, and really do help me feel more sleepy to drift off. I appreciate all the help I can get!

These did help me sleep a little better. I didn't have a big change but when you can't sleep a little is better then nothing. Flavor is good and easy to chew. If you haven't tried these then it's worth a try to see if it can help you.
