[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Olly product for sleep because my husband has so much trouble getting his mind to get shut off so he can’t just go to sleep at night. I on the other hand do not have this problem I sleep just fine but we both took this Olly together and my husband took the recommended 2 gummies and I only took one. I slept to good and sound that I had trouble getting up with my baby in the night. And my husband fell asleep within 30 minutes of taking the gummies and slept in in the morning so they completely work. Now he uses them every night because he wake so much more rested.

Disclaimer: I love Olly supplements but this one is something else.. I’ve taken melatonin for years now with no side effects. I switched to Olly sleep two weeks ago and since then have experienced vivid dreams and terrible terrible nightmares. I just experienced sleep paralysis for the first time and convinced this is the source of it. I couldn’t move and there was a very clear “thing” hovering over me holding me down. Easily the scariest thing I’ve ever experienced it. Don’t want to down the product and not everyone may experience this and I like Olly’s other products but wanted to warn people of a possibility that’s so scary and wouldn’t want anyone else to experience if they can avoid it.

I recently have had trouble sleeping. Melatonin alone didn’t work for me so I wanted to try something else. I’ve been taking the Olly Sleep Gummies for a little over a month now, and they are amazing!! I fall asleep quickly, stay asleep, and don’t wake up tired and feeling drowsy. Plus they taste great! Worked great! Helped me to relax and fall asleep easily. Loved the gummy texture and the flavor. You don’t get a whole month in a jar though and that seemed odd. Also if I woke up at 3:00 it was still had to go back to sleep. Maybe a time release would help.

Best tasting gummy out there and WORKS like a charm! My son was having issues falling & staying asleep. His peds doctor recommended we try giving him melatonin. We tried several and he either spit them out or they didn’t help him go to sleep. The first night we tried this he slept like a baby and has every night since. I bought these for the first time on our trip to Ireland last year. They helped both me and my husband sleep on the plane. I have kept these on my nightstand ever since. I bought these a few days ago because I heard they were amazing for sleep. Now I can say they definitely help me fall asleep but I do not stay asleep. I toss and turn all night and have had the most vivid dreams. The next day I am god awful tired its not even funny. Would not recommend these.

 I was impressed with how well Olly products work in the past,but did not know about Olly's Restful sleep before now. Boy am I   impressed .I took them about 30 mins or so ,before going to bed and was asleep very quickly .Most importantly I stayed asleep all night.  On awaking the next morning I was alert and really for the day. I will continue using when I feel the need for a sleep product . I recommend it to family and friends
