I bought this yesterday and took it last night. I slept like a rock and woke up fine. Great great product. I always have night sweats however I don’t think I had them last night and if I did I can’t remember. So yes 5 stars!!

These are really good. I don’t have to use them every night but whenever I’m restless or lately I’ve been waking up in my sleep I take one and i sleep so well. Only have needed to take 2 one time. they also taste realllyyy good.

My daughter loves this brand. She says it works much better than any other brand of melatonin or sleep aid for her. And it doesn't seem to bother her or give her too many weird dreams!

these things are delicious! almost didn't realize I was taking something to help sleep, awsom bonus of it being a gummie because I hate taking pills. it also work pretty good and withing the first 15-20 roughly you can definitely tell its working.

The last time I took these they made my body feel very weird throughout the night. I was very restless and did not have a good night of sleep. I never had this issue before with them but since this happened I will no longer be taking them.

this is a must have for me when traveling it helps me sleep on long plane rides so easily! Also great when i'm trying to fix my sleep schedule while traveling

These work wonders for those really restless nights. I try not to take them often because I've heard melatonin is habit forming (even if a product says it isn't) but if I've been up for awhile unable to sleep, these always help to knock me out.

They took a something so simple and easily to forget about taking into something to look forward to everyday. Even gktbthe kids to take there vitamins so easy. Well done!

These are conveniently prepared in gummy form. They don't taste bad at all. They helped me fall asleep and stay asleep better, but I don't feel like they're worth the price when compared to regular melatonin pills

Helped calm me down before bed and would make me tired. Helped with my sleep but also gave me extremely weird dreams every-night. Don't use anymore because of them.
