I got these melatonin gummies after trying another brand and I feel that they are overpriced and this melatonin effects me differently than other melatonin that I’ve taken in the past. I find that I actually sleep worse when I take these. I don’t take melatonin every night. Will not repurchase these.

I use these ALL the time lol. Sometimes I can’t sleep no matter what and I’ll take two of these and be out in minutes. I like the taste even though they are a little bitter and have an odd after taste but that doesn’t bother me at all. These are the only sleep gummies that help me sleep. I get amazing sleep with these. I have heard they can give you weird dreams or nightmares so be mindful of that but I haven’t had that happen. I highly recommend!!!

I've had to take Ambien for years, since the death of my son. I've been wanting to get off of it and decided to try using Olly supplements to help. I'm down to a third of an ambien tablet plus the two Olly chews and am sleeping GREAT! They really make me drowsy, I think they are wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone having sleep problems.

These helped me relax but I was unable to actually fall asleep using these. My husband however does like these because they do help him with sleeping and calming his mind. I guess it depends on each person and several other factors but they’re worth a try because they may help you and if anything they are relaxing and calming.

I've used many different kinds and this is the only brand that has not made me feel groggy in the morning. They allow me to fall asleep quickly without tossing and turning. When taking Olly Sleep Gummies I get a great night of sleep each time and wake up feeling ready for the day! They have a nice and light flavor that's perfect for using at bedtime. For me personally, I didn’t find these to make me too sleepy. I’ve taken them about 1-2 hours before I want to sleep and not much difference of feeling too tired and ready to sleep. It has a great taste and being a gummy makes it quite easy to chew and take down.

Last year my aunt introduced me to Olly while I was staying at her house for a week. I have struggled with sleeping for several years now, and these gummies are absolutely amazing! They are non-addictive and I only take them a few times a week to ensure a peaceful night.

I used to love taking these for the longest time. They tasted and worked great. Recently, I got the “new” formula. They don’t have the same texture and flavor. ☹️ The worst part was my sleep-weird, vivid nightmares all night long. I felt as though my gummy was laced with something. Time for a new brand!

These are really effective and great to use if you need help feeling sleepy. They taste great too! Melatonin works really quickly on me so I typically take half the recommended dosage and still feel the effects. With this you should@still practice good sleep hygiene by not using any electronic devices 1 hour prior to sleep.
