This is one of the best melatonin options out there! Tastes delicious and the melatonin is the perfect dosage to fall asleep fast. It's a little pricey, but I promise I've found it to be worth the extra $$.

Melatonin works great in these. Put me right to sleep but not too strong or too weak like other sleep supplements and products I have tried. Overall, definitely recommend.

A friend told me about them a few years back, nice brand! I like the taste. Pills aren't my favorite thing in the world, so it's nice to have a gummy. They don't always work though. Can be a hit or miss depending on the night.

I'm sort of addicted. The trick is to take them every day at the same time & give it a couple months so they have a chance to build up & fix your circadian rhythms. These work like magic & taste really good.
